We do not exchange items.
White shirts may NOT be returned if they were removed from the package.
Please follow the return instructions below, and place a new order for the item(s) you would like.
If you would like to return, please complete this attached form click here Boytique is dedicated to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have had a change of heart and the item is in its original condition with all its original packaging and tags fully intact and undamaged, simply send it back to us

CUSTOMER RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All returned items must be in their original condition, unused with their original packaging intact (including attached tags). In order to return an item, you must have a detailed history of purchase (receipt, invoice, order number or a valid Boytique account containing your order history).
If you make a return of an order which qualified for free shipping, and the total order value is reduced to less than $50.00, Boytique will deduct the original shipping costs from the refund (estimated around $12.00).
Please note: Sale items and special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Orders returned as undeliverable by the carrier, due to an incorrect address, will be charged an additional shipping fee to reship to the corrected address.
Returned items that do not adhere to the above terms and conditions will donated to charity.

Please print the return form and fill out the required information. Please state the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).
Please include the return form with your item(s). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and please make sure that the proper return address and credit information is provided.
Please allow 4 to 14 days for Boytique to process your return, and please allow more time during busy seasons.
